Cruise Details

Charter Duration and Schedule

Corporate charters run 2 or 4 hours, with the whole 47-foot yacht reserved for your group — up to 12 guests. Boarding is at our Brooklyn dock at 417 Bay 41st St; arrive about 15 minutes early so the hostess can walk the group to the yacht together.

Afternoon slots work well for team outings; sunset suits client dinners — the skyline does the closing for you. Departing from Brooklyn means less time idling out of a marina and more time on the water.

Cruise Highlights

A private dining room seats your team around the same four walls. The yacht seats everyone at once with the harbour moving past — one flat rate for the boat, not a per-head banquet minimum — and it’s a short ride from Brooklyn to the view your clients came to New York for.

Why Choose It?

An air-conditioned cabin for when it gets hot, bow seating for the views, a refrigerator for catering, and a bathroom aboard. Light, easy-to-serve catering works best — cold platters and similar. The Seakeeper stabilizer cancels most of the roll, so nobody spends the afternoon feeling seasick — it’s why first-timers do fine out here.

FAQ’s

  • How much is a corporate charter?

Private charters start at $1,250 for 2 hours — the whole 47-foot yacht for up to 12 guests, not a price per person. Four hours is $1,800, a full day $4,500.

  • What is included, and are there extra costs?

The rate covers the full private yacht for your booked hours: bathroom, air conditioning, refrigerator and cooler, Bluetooth stereo, freshwater and deck shower, swim ladder and grill, on a Seakeeper-stabilised boat. Captain, licensed crew and fuel are settled at the dock and quoted to you upfront for your specific trip, so you know the exact total before you book.

  • How many people can we bring?

Up to 12 guests, and the whole boat is yours — you are never sharing a deck with another group. The flybridge on the upper deck holds 6 at a time.

  • Can we bring catering?

Light, easy-to-serve catering works — cold platters and similar. We cannot take full-service catered meals, hot or greasy dishes, or anything that needs cooking or reheating beyond the microwave, and open flames and sternos are not allowed on board.

  • Will people get seasick?

The boat has a Seakeeper gyro stabiliser, which cancels most of the roll. It is the reason guests who normally feel unwell on the water usually do not, and why the boat suits first-timers and older relatives.

Customer Reviews

  • Elisa R.

“The Coney Island fireworks cruise was the highlight of our summer. Great music, cold drinks, and amazing views. Our kids loved it, and we got the best pictures of the fireworks from the upper deck.”

  • Jason M.

“Booked last minute and it completely changed the way I’ll spend July 4th from now on. Smooth ride, friendly crew, and an awesome view of the Wonder Wheel lit up with fireworks in the background. Totally worth it.”

  • Vanessa M.

“We booked a private yacht cruise to Coney Island for my best friend’s birthday, and honestly, it couldn’t have gone better. The boat was super clean and had more than enough space for our group of ten to relax and celebrate.”

  • Michael A.

“We did the 4th of July cruise with the family and it was amazing from start to finish. The boat was clean, spacious, and picked us up right on time. We cruised past the city lights and it was the perfect spot to watch the fireworks. The whole night just felt easy and fun. Definitely worth it if you’re looking for a more relaxed way to celebrate the holiday.”

Corporate Yacht Charter in NYC: The Offsite That Actually Lands

Client entertainment that actually gets remembered, or a team outing that doesn’t feel like an obligation: a private 47-foot yacht on New York Harbor, for groups up to 12. No venue minimums, no shared space — the boat is yours.

Built for Small Teams and Big Impressions

Twelve guests is a feature, not a limit: leadership offsites, closing dinners with a key client, milestone celebrations for a small team. Quiet water, the skyline as the backdrop, and a Seakeeper-stabilized deck steady enough for conversation — or a toast.

Formats That Work

  • 2-hour harbor loop (from $1,250) — after-work client cruise past the Statue of Liberty
  • 4-hour charter ($1,800) — team outing: Verrazzano, skyline, Coney Island shoreline
  • Full-day ($4,500) — offsite on the water, your agenda, our route

Catering-light works best on board: platters, sandwiches and drinks are welcome. Full rates on the prices page.

Logistics Your EA Will Like

Departure from Brooklyn (Bath Beach — none of the Manhattan-pier congestion), licensed captain and crew included in the operation, one invoice, one point of contact.

Private Dinner Cruise in NYC for Clients and Teams

The most-booked corporate format is the sunset slot run as a private dinner cruise: two hours on New York Harbor, up to 12 guests around one table, the skyline lighting up as the main course goes out. Bring cold platters, sandwiches or a catered box dinner and your own drinks — there is a refrigerator and cooler on board, but no hot or open-flame service. Weekday afternoon and sunset departures are usually available on shorter notice than weekends; Fridays and Saturdays book out first.

Prefer daylight? The same corporate cruise in NYC runs as a 4-hour afternoon charter with the Verrazzano, the Statue of Liberty and the Manhattan skyline on one loop — see all routes on our trips page.
