FAQ’s
How much is the 4th of July cruise?
$15,500 for a 4-hour private charter — the whole 47-foot yacht for up to 12 guests, not a price per person. This one is all-inclusive: captain, licensed crew and fuel are already in the price. The only thing not covered is the tip for the crew.
What is included in that price?
Everything except tips. Unlike our regular charters, the 4th of July rate is quoted all-inclusive — captain, licensed crew and fuel are covered, along with the boat itself: bathroom, air conditioning, refrigerator and cooler, Bluetooth stereo, freshwater and deck shower, swim ladder and grill, on a Seakeeper-stabilised boat. Nothing is settled at the dock afterwards apart from what you choose to tip the crew.
How early should I reserve for July 4th?
We strongly recommend booking at least 2–3 weeks in advance, as private charters for this date tend to sell out quickly.
How many guests can come?
Up to 12 guests, and the whole boat is yours — you are never sharing a deck with another group. The flybridge on the upper deck holds 6 at a time.
Where do we board, and how early?
Boarding for the 4th of July charter is at our main dock in Brooklyn (1900 Shore Parkway), with the option to schedule a Manhattan pickup for an additional fee. Arrive at least 15 minutes early with your whole group. The person booking must be 21 or older, present with government-issued ID, and sign the charter agreement before boarding.
Can we bring our own food and drinks?
Yes. Bring light, easy-to-serve items — cold cut or fruit platters work well. We cannot take soups, hot or greasy dishes, anything prone to spilling, or full-service catered meals, and no sternos, open flames or cooking equipment. The hostess can reheat small items in the microwave.
Can we bring alcohol?
Yes, within limits: one bottle of hard liquor per six guests. Beer, wine and hard seltzers do not count toward that limit — we just ask everyone to drink responsibly. If you bring more spirits than the limit, we will ask you to leave the excess at the dock for pickup after the trip.
Can we decorate the yacht for the holiday?
Yes, simple themed decorations can be added upon request. Let us know in advance if you’re planning something specific so we can coordinate.
Is the cruise kid-friendly?
Yes, families are welcome. Children under 12 should be supervised at all times, and all guests must follow safety instructions from the captain and crew.
Can we swim or anchor during the cruise?
This July 4th cruise is focused on sightseeing and fireworks viewing. Swimming is not permitted during this event for safety and timing reasons.
What’s the cancellation policy for July 4th bookings?
Due to high demand and limited availability, this cruise follows a strict cancellation policy. We recommend confirming your plans before booking, as refunds may not be available close to the holiday.

“We usually do something casual for the 4th, but this year we wanted to try something different. The NYC 4th of July cruise was perfect. The kids loved being out on the water, the adults got to kick back and relax, and the views were honestly better than anything we’ve seen from land. It felt like a shared experience, not just a ride.”

“Seeing the skyline from the yacht during the 4th of July cruise gave us a whole new appreciation for the city. You forget how beautiful it is until you’re out there looking back at it. The whole route was just one great view after another, and the fireworks were really the icing on top.”
